In 2019 we implemented functionality to ensure that goods entering or leaving the Channels Islands will not be delayed at the border – whether Great Britain exits the European Union with a transitional agreement or not. The work has been especially challenging as we needed to respond to requirements that emerged very late in the day which placed our capacity for rapid execution and agility to the test. We have relished the opportunity to rise to that challenge.
