The States of Guernsey Environment Department selected teleologica to supply an integrated driver and vehicle licensing system. The project was delivered in two phases. In the first phase the driving licence module went live with vehicle registration following six months later in January 2008. The system has been designed from the ground up to maintain a single master person record to which vehicle, licences, permits and other items are all linked. This robust core platform has subsequently been extended to include permits, driving tests and a comprehensive range of online services for motorists.
