In Jersey property taxes are collected by twelve autonomous parishes. Working closely with parishes teleologica implemented a unified system serving all parishes. In the course of the project we streamlined and automated the core rates assessment and rate collection processes, using, amongst other techniques, barcoding technology to eliminate manual data capture. The new system provides full open item accounting. The introduction of a master ratepayer record has eliminated data duplication and improved convenience for owners of multiple properties.
Building on this robust platform the Parishes have rolled out a full set of digital ratepayer services.
